Three individuals have sustained serious injuries following a suspected explosion at a feed manufacturing plant in Malmesbury, located on the West Coast of Cape Town. The incident occurred on Monday, and investigations into the cause of the explosion are currently underway.
Western Cape Health Department spokesperson, Dwayne Evans, reported that all three patients are currently being treated at Swartland Hospital.

Two of the three patients will be transferred to Tygerberg Hospital for further specialized treatment. The swift response of the emergency services has been crucial in providing immediate medical attention to the injured individuals.
