The City of Tshwane has announced that patients have been redirected to other clinics following a break-in at the Olievenhoutbosch Clinic on Thursday morning.
During this unfortunate event, several unidentified suspects overpowered two security guards, tied them up, and made off with a significant haul, including 18 computers, two electronic gadgets, one tablet, six televisions, and three Wi-Fi routers.

The member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Health, Rina Marx, vocalized her strong condemnation of these heinous acts.
Such incidents not only disrupt clinic operations but also deprive the broader community of uninterrupted and quality healthcare services. “These deplorable acts target the city’s health infrastructure, which caters to the most vulnerable groups in our communities,” Marx stated.
