Western Cape police have apprehended four Bangladeshi men for allegedly kidnapping a fellow countryman and demanding ransom.
The 19-year-old victim was abducted in Touws River on Monday but was successfully rescued on Wednesday, thanks to the swift action of the Western Cape multidisciplinary kidnapping task team.
