Nadia Nakai is really taking SA by storm the rapper recently walked away with Most Stylish Performing Artist in Music at the 2020 SA Style Awards.
However, making it to the top ain’t easy and the More Drugs hitmaker can attest to that. Nadia Nakai revealed how she was disregarded by one of the top rappers in Mzansi and the heartbreak which she faced back then not knowing that it was a stepping ladder for her.

You’d remember that back in 2015 AKA went on a venture of showing supporting to his female colleagues by giving them a platform to shine. At the time most female rappers were overlooked in the industry.
He picked several female MCs who took turns in dropping bars in the Baddest remix. Well, this included Moozlie, Gigi Lamayne, Fifi Cooper and Rouge sadly Nadia didn’t make it to the list.
It did raise a lot of brows as some felt that she also deserved that opportunity but Mega didn’t budge. Now, during an interview Khuli Chana, Bragga revealed that AKA actually snubbed her on purpose, wait a minute… was there some beef going on?

Hmmmm, unfortunately, she didn’t go into more details but she said: “When AKA released the Baddest remix with all the female Emcees that made Cassper & TLee (Cass’s manager) more drawn to work with me because they felt I was left out on purpose.”
Okay… not so long ago the Nadia mentioned that she didn’t inherit any beef but she said she would not do a collaboration with AKA. Nadia said that she felt any work she would do with AKA would not get any positive attention.
