Nadia Nakai Spills On Rocky Relationship With Rouge And How They Turned Drama Into Music Magic

Rapper and reality TV star Nadia Nakai is getting real about her complicated relationship with fellow rapper Rouge. In a candid interview, Nadia revealed that their friendship wasn’t always smooth sailing—but the two eventually transformed their differences into powerful music.
The turning point came when Nadia, Rouge, and Moozlie teamed up on the track Juicy.
“It’s been refreshing. In the past, the spirit of collaboration among female rappers wasn’t that strong, we didn’t always see eye-to-eye. But Rouge is incredibly talented; she knows how to build a song with depth and lyrical content.
“It was cool working with her. I went into the studio with my own flavour, and she brought her style, and together with Moozlie, we created something inspiring. That’s the beauty of collaboration, different styles coming together to make something new,” Nadia shared.
