Murdah Heads To Durban’s Yugo As Fans React To His AKA Tribute Tee

Murdah Heads To Durban’s Yugo As Fans React To His AKA Tribute Tee

Former Black Motion artist Murda Bongz, real name Bongani Mohosana, is gearing up to electrify Durban this Friday with a performance at the popular Yugo nightclub.

Fans of the 38-year-old hitmaker and husband to popular DJ Zinhle are eagerly waiting to see him bring his signature energy to the stage.

AKA Tribute Tee Sparks Social Media Reactions

Ahead of his Durban gig, Murdah made headlines after being spotted in a T-shirt featuring the late rapper AKA. The bold fashion choice quickly set social media ablaze, with fans debating its meaning.

“Men do crazy things when in love,” commented one user, while another suggested, “He admires AKA, that boy, look at the main picture.” A third added cryptically: “I knew there’s something abnormal the way he spins.”

SurgeZirc SA previously reported that fans accused Murdah of being too tolerant after a photo surfaced online showing him and his wife, DJ Zinhle, sitting beneath a large picture frame of AKA and his daughter, Kairo.

Some X account users mocked that the singer had been cheated on with a ghost.

Since parting ways with Black Motion, Murdah has solidified his presence as a solo artist. With hits like Blessings, Mohigan Sun, and Season Three, he has proven his ability to thrive on his own while keeping fans hooked with his high-energy performances.
