Miss SA 2025 Drama: Bridgette Jones Hit With Bullying Allegations, Organization Responds

The Miss South Africa pageant is no stranger to controversy—and this year is proving no different. Just days after the Top 10 finalists were announced, contestant Bridgette Jones has been accused of bullying by a former colleague in a viral TikTok video.
The since-deleted clip, posted by Kayla Jenecker, described Jones as a “bully,” alleging she and a group of women verbally harassed her at work. Jenecker said the matter was reported to management and is now part of an ongoing disciplinary hearing.
She further claimed that Jones made “false statements” during the process and that a previous Instagram post she shared about the incident was allegedly taken down under pressure from the company’s CEO.

Miss SA Responds to Bullying Claims
Reacting to the viral allegations, the Miss South Africa Organization confirmed they are aware of the situation. In a statement, they emphasized that all contestants are expected to uphold a strict code of conduct, which centers on respect, integrity, and accountability.
The organization stressed that they rely on official processes when handling complaints of this nature.
