“Double Standards Are Wild!” Itumeleng Khune Drama Ignites Uproar As Mzansi Men Slam Minnie Dlamini’s Savage Jabs

This week, Minnie Dlamini’s name has been dragged left, right, and centre — but now it’s not just about MacG.

A video has resurfaced showing her mocking Itumeleng Khune, one of South Africa’s most celebrated soccer goalkeepers and her ex-boyfriend — and the gents of Mzansi are not having it.

The clip has sparked heated debates online, with many accusing Minnie of hypocrisy and reminding her that “karma has an address.”

In one, from her 2024 roast at the Showmax and Laugh Africa Comedy Festival, Minnie pretended to apologise to Khune — but followed it up with another dig by showing a clip of him mispronouncing “apologise.”

The second moment came from her show Curated by Tanqueray, where she joked about not knowing Khune still played football — even after being told he featured in the Soweto Derby.

“Why Is It OK When She Does It?”

MacG’s fans wasted no time in dragging these old clips back into the spotlight.

They say the same energy being thrown at MacG should be directed at Minnie.

Another added, “Because it’s one of your faves, you’re suddenly sensitive?”

Mzansi Still Divided Over Minnie

“It was a roast, scripted and for laughs,” one fan said.

“Did Khune or his wife complain? No.”

Others feel she’s being unfairly targeted and that society holds women to a harsher standard.

“People must let Minnie breathe, yoh! Every week it’s something,” one supporter tweeted.
