MaWhoo Hit With R1M Lawsuit Over Explosive Scam Allegations

Amapiano darling MaWhoo, real name Nontobeko Thandeka Ngema, is in some serious legal drama! The songstress is reportedly facing a whopping R1 million defamation lawsuit from Blue Screen Entertainment after she allegedly called out the company’s owner as a scammer in a voice note.

According to Sunday World, Blue Screen is demanding either a public apology or a cool R1M in damages from the singer. The company reportedly issued a formal letter of demand, stating she must issue either a written or voice note apology by Monday, 19 May—or else they’re coming for the bag.

Celebrity tea-spiller Musa Khawula didn’t miss a beat, reporting that Gregory Wings (of Blue Screen Entertainment) has filed the suit after allegedly paying MaWhoo R65,000 to perform at the Durban Music Festival alongside Rick Ross. Whew!
