Man Shot At A Durban Mall During Robbery

On Wednesday morning, a shocking incident unfolded at the popular Kensington Square in Durban North. At approximately 10:30 am, paramedics received distress calls reporting a shooting at the shopping centre.

Upon arrival at the scene, paramedics from ALS Paramedics, directed by their director Garrith Jamieson, discovered a chaotic scene with security personnel and police officers already present.

They were directed to a shop within the mall where they found a man, believed to be in his 40s, who had suffered a gunshot wound to his leg.

Quickly springing into action, the paramedics stabilized the injured man before swiftly transporting him to a nearby hospital for further medical attention.

According to reports, the shooting incident is suspected to have occurred during a robbery. As a result, the police have launched an investigation into the matter to ascertain the details and bring the culprits to justice.
