Malema: “Ramaphosa Is More Corrupt Than Jacob Zuma, In Fact He’s Not A Black Person”

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Leader Julius Malema recently addressed a gathering in KwaZulu-Natal, where he expressed his concerns about the current state of affairs under President Cyril Ramaphosa’s leadership.
Malema made it clear that he believes Ramaphosa should not be reelected, primarily because he feels that the president does not truly represent the interests of the black community.
During his speech, Malema demanded that Ramaphosa announce the election date, stating, “Ramaphosa must give us the election date because we are ready to remove him.
“He is now scared and doesn’t want to issue out the date for election day. He wants to be a dictator; he wants to die in office. It is not going to happen here in South Africa. Whether he likes it or not, we are going to elections in May, and we are going to vote out Ramaphosa, and nothing will happen.”
Malema further criticised Ramaphosa’s racial identity, claiming, “Ramaphosa is not a black person. He is just black outside and white inside.
“He loves white people more than he loves black people. Let the black nation of South Africa get an opportunity after 30 years to govern. Because white people have been governing South Africa through the ANC.”
Additionally, Malema accused Ramaphosa of corruption, referring to the Phalaphala Farm scandal. He alleged, “Ramaphosa is corrupt—more corrupt than Jacob Zuma. But these ones of the papers don’t write that Ramaphosa is corrupt worse than Jacob Zuma.

“Ramaphosa takes dollars and hides them under the mattress, and when the mattress wasn’t enough, he went on to hide it on the couch.”
Malema’s speech highlights his dissatisfaction with President Ramaphosa’s leadership and his belief that a change is needed. It remains to be seen how these sentiments will resonate with the general public and if they will impact the upcoming elections in May.
