Makhadzi’s R16K One Woman Show Package Sparks Outrage Over “Broken Promises”

Makhadzi’s One Woman Show at Peter Mokaba Stadium was the talk of the town, but not all the buzz was positive. While many came to celebrate the queen of Limpopo, one fan took to social media to drag the event for allegedly not delivering on its promises — and Mzansi was not holding back.

A R16K Ticket… For What?

A fan, who claimed to have spent R16K on the Aowa Bafana package, exposed the event’s shortfalls in a viral video. The ticket was supposed to include luxury perks: a private marquee, a full-course meal, and an R8K bar tab, among other things.

But instead, the fan and their group reportedly sat in a suite with none of the promised amenities. “No glasses, no ice bucket. This is the alcohol we have,” the disappointed attendee said while filming their underwhelming setup.

As the video made rounds on social media, netizens roasted both the organizers and the fan:
