BREAKING: Madlanga Commission Adjourned As Crime Intelligence Head Dumisani Khumalo Falls Ill

The Madlanga Commission was forced to adjourn on Wednesday after Crime Intelligence head, Dumisani Khumalo, left the venue shortly after 9 a.m. due to illness.

Commissioner Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga confirmed the sudden halt just as the day’s proceedings were set to begin.

“He is not well. We as the commission have decided not to sit today,” Madlanga told reporters.

Madlanga Commission Sets New Date for Resumption

Madlanga added that the commission’s spokesperson, Jeremy Michaels, will provide an update regarding the rescheduled date for the hearings.

No further details were given about Khumalo’s condition, but the decision to adjourn ensures the proceedings will continue at a later date.
