In a moving interview on the Ikigai Awakening podcast, aired on Wednesday, 13 August 2025, Lynn spoke candidly about how her son still feels present in her life, even in his absence.

“He talked about checking up on me, how’s this and that, and telling me about heaven. ‘It’s the most beautiful place, mom. I don’t want you to worry, I am happy,’” she shared.

Lynn revealed that she often dreams about AKA, with one recurring dream standing out in particular.

In it, he reassures her about his happiness in the afterlife and even makes a lighthearted request: a sandwich served with Oros. These dreams, she explained, bring her comfort while keeping his memory vivid in her heart.

It took her eight months after his passing to watch the viral video capturing his final moments — a decision she made when she felt emotionally ready to confront that painful reality.
