Bringing a life into this earth is no easy thing to do and Actress Linda Mtoba doesn’t act like she’s got it all together, since giving birth to her baby girl the actress has learnt some valuable life lessons and she’s not afraid of opening up.
One of the most important life lessons is that as much as she and her hubby Steven Meyer have different parenting styles, one is not necessarily better than the other.
She further expressed herself on twitter saying
” One of the things I’ve learnt with having Bean is that just because my husband isn’t doing things the way I want, it doesn’t mean he’s doing it wrong'”
Since becoming a mom, Linda has admitted that she’s a bit overprotective, which is no surprise because being overprotective is a disease all mothers suffer from, and unfortunately there’s no cure.
” I pray so much over my daughter. I pray she lives a fulfilled life, that she may never know great sorrow or hurt…May she keep health and her limbs. Bringing life into this cruel world is a constant [prayer].”
The actress has also been vocal about moms breastfeeding in public because some people feel its something that shouldn’t be done in public, and personally I think it’s ridiculous, babies have to eat!
”I really don’t give much thought to feeding my daughter in public, she needs to eat, so I feed her.
” I thought maybe I’d be anxious about it, but speaking to other mommies truly gave me the confidence I needed to do it, it’s okay to breastfeed our babies in public and not feel any shame for it.”
