The “Marry Me” actress appeared topless on her JLo Beauty Instagram account on Tuesday to commemorate the start of National Stress Awareness Month.

“Dedicated time for you each + every day helps with your mental health and overall well-being,” the caption reads.

For J.Lo, 53, that looks like a “daily skincare routine, exercising, spending time with loved ones, feeding the body fuel and being creative,” according to the post.

“Seeing this pic has made my stress worse knowing I can’t look like this,” one social media user joked.

Another asked, “How can.we [sic] look at a 53 year old icon like this…so lit…and now be stressed….wondering if we can ever look so darn good?”
