Three others, including a young child, were wounded in the horrifying attack, which has sent shockwaves through the east of Johannesburg community.
Lesufi visited Reiger Park on Sunday after meeting with local police officials to discuss what is believed to be a gang-related incident that has rattled residents and heightened fears of escalating violence in the area.

Police continue to appeal to the public for any information that could lead to the arrest of those responsible.
