Lalla Hirayama: “I Chose Peace Over Everything”
Lalla revealed that she made a bold decision to move to a smaller town—far from the glitz and chaos of the entertainment industry.
“I made the brave decision to leave the entertainment industry to focus on my small business & mental health,” she wrote.
And honestly? We love this for her! She’s out here proving that sometimes, choosing peace over pressure is the ultimate flex.

Lalla didn’t just change her zip code—she changed her whole life! Sis made it clear that she cut off toxic relationships, stopped worrying about people’s opinions, and started living for herself.
“I’ve let go of toxic relationships and environments, learning to let go of my care for others’ opinions & replace it with newfound self-acceptance & respect.”
PCOS? We Don’t Know Her Anymore!
One of the most exciting updates? Lalla’s latest medical check-up revealed NO cysts on her ovaries!
“Dr van Waart has now given me an all-clear! NO CYSTS AT ALL ON MY OVARIES!” she celebrated.
This is huge for anyone battling PCOS! If you know, you know—it’s a slow journey, but every step forward is a win.
Lalla also got real about one of the biggest decisions she’s made—removing her breast implants! “About 4 months ago, I had my breast implants removed, which has greatly alleviated my fatigue & anxiety.”
Turns out, sometimes less is MORE, and sis is feeling better than ever!
Balance Is Key (Yes, Even With a Glass of Wine! )
Now, just because Lalla is on her health grind doesn’t mean she’s missing out on the finer things in life.
She’s keeping it real about balance, saying: “We must all live a little & there’s no such thing as perfection.”
So yes, she still enjoys a glass of wine every now and then, and honestly? Mood.

Mzansi Reacts: “Lalla Is the Blueprint!”
As soon as her update dropped, the girlies were inspired! Here’s what Mzansi had to say: “Lalla really just chose herself and now she’s glowing? I’m taking notes!”
“PCOS warriors, we are winning! This is the kind of good news we needed!”
“Sis removed toxicity from her life AND her body. A queen. A legend.”
“If Lalla says a little wine is fine, then I shall pour myself a glass. Doctor’s orders.”
With her health on track, her mental peace secured, and her bag still intact, we can’t wait to see what’s next for Lalla!
