Khanyi Mbau has finally broken her silence after the death of her former sugar daddy and baby daddy, Mandla Mthembu. The 68-year-old former blesser and millionaire, who once had Mzansi glued to his flashy lifestyle, passed away on Sunday, 21 September 2025, in New York after stroke-related complications.

But instead of pouring her heart out, Khanyi kept her words short and almost… businesslike. Speaking to News24, she said: “We do hope he rests in peace. That’s all we can say. It’s never nice to hear bad news.”
