The drama hit the Johannesburg High Court on 28 January 2026, with Zolile’s legal team officially issuing summons against the Amapiano king. But Kabza isn’t taking this lightly.
According to Daily Sun, his lawyers insist that Kabza has always paid rent via the property agent, which the landlord allegedly accepted. They say he hasn’t even received the summons yet and is fully prepared to clear his name through proper legal channels. The firm made it clear: no social media comments, no extra drama — the courts will handle this.
Mzansi, the real question remains… how does someone topping the Amapiano charts allegedly end up in a R345K rent dispute? Is it messy admin or actual money problems?
