Iyho Khanyi Mbau! Enough With Cosmetic Surgeries Already!
Yoh, have you seen Khanyi Mbau lately? The social media influencer and reality TV star just dropped a bombshell on her Instagram.
With a face that looks like it’s been borrowed from Michael Jackson, she’s nearly unrecognizable. And guess what? She’s not done yet! Khanyi is currently in Turkey for yet another cosmetic procedure. Can you believe it? Yhu, ngeke bakithi!

And the plot twist? She now looks so different, fans even said that she hates herself. Hayibo, it’s like she’s Benjamin Button! Khanyi isn’t new to the cosmetic surgery game.
She’s had a breast augmentation, nose job, liposuction, body sculpting, fillers, Botox, skin lightening, veneers, face threads even surgery to push back her gums. And now, sis has gone out for yet another procedure! It feels like she’s ticking off a list. Iyoh, Khanyi!
So, here’s the tea – apparently, Khanyi’s lavish lifestyle and cosmetic fixations are bankrolled by her alleged fraudster boyfriend, Kudzai Mushonga.
There’s some irony there, isn’t it? What happens if they break up? Angazi shame, but it doesn’t look promising.
From Dubai to Turkey they go! She even posted a video on the Gram, lying on a clinic bed in Turkey, saying it’s “procedure day.” Thixo, is this not going too far? The girl needs to slow down. I get it, each to their own, but hayi, there’s a limit, akere?
And then a few hours later she posted a video of herself looking like an alien saying that she had bought a new face.
Khanyi, is hot, there’s no denying that. But sometimes, less is more, neh? Phela we don’t want you looking like a different person every month. Check out the reactions below:
