Itumeleng Bokaba Shocks Mzansi By Dropping Rape Case Against Nota Baloyi!

Actress and musician Itumeleng Bokaba has left many in shock after dropping the rape case she filed against controversial music executive, Nhlamulo ‘Nota’ Baloyi.
The former Rhythm City star, known for playing Mampho, took to Instagram to clarify her decision, citing an upcoming career move that requires her to be in a positive headspace.
“I have an exciting project in my career that requires my full focus and dedication. For this reason, I have decided to withdraw my case at this time.

“However, this does not mean that the case has been dismissed or that my experience is invalid. I remain firm in my truth and will revisit the case at a later stage when I am in a better position to do so.”

Itumeleng also expressed gratitude to those who supported her during the ordeal.
Nota Walks Free… But The Drama Continues!
The saga began when Itumeleng opened a case of rape at the Douglasdale Police Station, leading to Nota handing himself over at Randburg Police Station. He was later granted bail of R5,000 after appearing at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court.
The allegations first surfaced when social media bloggers leaked a WhatsApp conversation between Nota Baloyi and Itumeleng, causing a frenzy online. Nota, however, vehemently denied the claims, insisting that the encounter was consensual and that a relative was even present in his house at the time.
Speaking to Daily Sun after the case withdrawal, Nota stated: “Part one of the nightmare is over. Now, we wait for the outcome of the protection order I filed for harassment and extortion before I handed myself over to the police.”
It looks like Nota isn’t done fighting this battle just yet!
