Reports indicate that the suspects gained access by knocking on the door before opening fire.

According to information gathered at the scene, an unknown man approached the house and knocked. When the door was opened, the attackers began shooting at those inside.
Residents in the area described a tense atmosphere, with many too afraid to speak openly due to safety concerns. Some believe the shooting may be linked to gang activity in the area.
When reporters arrived, neighbours said the house remained empty, with visible signs of the violence still inside.
Victims Left Fighting for Life as Community Lives in Fear
A relative of one of the injured victims confirmed that their family member is in a critical condition in hospital but declined to comment further.
They said their loved one had no involvement in any wrongdoing and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
An anonymous resident alleged: “They sell drugs at the house where the shooting took place.”
He claimed: “A white VW Polo pulled up, and the occupants of that vehicle got out and knocked on the door.
“When the door was opened, that was when they shot everyone. At the time of the shooting, everyone was in the house, including the babies.
“The mother and her son were shot dead, and the 21-year-old brother is in critical condition in the hospital.
“Two women were in the house who were shot and wounded in the shooting, but they don’t live there.”
