Grassy Park Community Left In Shock After Body Of Man Found With Slit Throat
Residents of Eagle Park in Grassy Park woke up to a gruesome discovery on Wednesday morning, as a dead body was found lying in an open field on Paige Road.
The unidentified man, later confirmed to be 23 years old, had his throat slit and was found with multiple stab wounds.

Police Investigate Stabbing
According to police spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk, the circumstances surrounding the death are unknown and still under investigation.
SAPS members attended to the murder scene and found the body of the male with a stab wound to the left side of the neck.

The motive for the stabbing incident is yet to be determined, and the suspect(s) responsible for the incident are yet to be arrested.
Appeal For Information
Captain Van Wyk in a statement late Friday, appealed to anyone with information regarding the incident to contact Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
