Four Arrested In Connection With Drip Footwear MD Glenda Ndlanzi’s Murder

The police have made a significant breakthrough in the murder case of Glenda Ndlanzi, the former managing director of Drip Footwear, who was tragically killed nearly three years ago. The recent arrest of a suspect marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing investigation.

Glenda Ndlanzi, aged 28, was brutally murdered in her driveway in Wierdapark, Centurion, in October 2021.

According to police spokesperson Colonel Noxolo Kweza, four suspects were taken in for questioning this week. Out of the four, one was subsequently linked to the murder investigation.

The suspect, identified as Bongani Surprise Mkonto, made a brief appearance in court on Tuesday, with the matter being postponed for bail information. The other three individuals were released pending further investigation.

The suspect is scheduled to appear in court again on June 24. National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana confirmed that the investigation is ongoing and further details will be revealed as the case progresses.
