
The last woman standing is…. roll the drums…. Berry Trytsman! Five months and 15 000 contestants later, the Idols SA season 17 has crowned its winner and this year, viewers seem to agree with the decision.
Based in Cape Town Berry, Berenike Trytsmasn, wowed the judges with her audition. She sang Never Enough, a song from the film The Greatest Showman. The judges made the quick decision to advance her to the second round of the Idols SA competition.

Berry has been singing for 22 years and is married to drummer Reiner Trystmasn, who runs Music Blimp Productions, which provides a platform for local artists to showcase their extraordinary talents.
The couple has four lovely children. She also walked away with a record deal and a fantastic prize package of over R1 million. She closed the show with a performance of her new single Ungowami.
