Those who thought they’ve seen the last of Sjava are in for a big shocker, the singer is back with a bang with the release of a new album titled “Isibuko”.
SurgeZirc SA first heard that Sjava was working and getting ready to drop a new album at the beginning of 2023.

We learned that the 18-track album which was released on Friday instantly made it to the top of Spotify Africa charts and was on top trend on social media platforms.
Sjava’s “Mirror” features former Ambitiouz Entertainment label mates Emtee and Saudi, as well as his record label signee 1020 Cartel’s Anzo and many other brilliant artists.
In a press release, Sjava discusses “Isibuko”, describing it as a mirror that reflects on his past and the journey he took as a musician a few years ago.
“This album is a reflection of my journey over the last few years and speaks to my experiences and growth as a person and as a musician.
“Musically it is a continuation of the process that began with the Umsebenzi EP/Deluxe, and I hope my supporters enjoy the body of work.
“I know it’s been a while, but I trust that the album will be worth the wait. Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last eight years of my career, and I look forward to continuing this musical journey together in the future,” Sjava said.

The singer has received a lot of commendations from fans and following including his former record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment, who sent him flowers and encouraged people to listen to the album.
