Kagiso Rakosa was previously one of television’s most popular actresses. For seven years, she played Sharon on the SABC 1 soapie Generations. Kagiso Rakosa (40), on the other hand, abruptly disappeared from the spotlight at the height of her soapie fame.
After a few years of silence, she returns to television with a role on the drama series Magaeng and a radio show on One Africa Radio.

For seven years, Kagiso played Sharon on Generations. When she left, she appeared in commercials and appeared briefly on Zabalaza, Greed & Desire, AboMzala, The Docket, and Traffic!, to mention a few shows.
During her time away from prime-time television, she studied marketing and worked on community radio stations.
Sharon plays a police officer in the new program Magaeng, alongside Keke Mphuthi, Sdumo Mtshali, Tina Mnumzane, Khabonina Qubeka, and Thato Molamu.
The show depicts the lives of Zama Ndaba, a self-assured and ambitious lady determined to break free from her family’s criminal history.
Kagiso is now back in business and serves as a brand ambassador for actress and health coach Khabonina Qubeka’s brand KhaNatural. Khabonina exclaimed with delight.
