Minnie Dlamini, a South African TV show host and producer says she knew from the first day she saw Hope Mbhele that she would be a star while welcoming her into womanhood on her Umemulo day.
Minnie took to Instagram to post photos of the actress during her Umemulo (a traditional Zulu coming-of-age ceremony) over the weekend, which was attended by people from all areas of life as fellow celebrities.
“So proud to welcome you into womanhood as a proud Zulu woman, Hope Mbhele. I saw you for the first time and I knew you would be a star.
“You acted in my first two films as my lead and you’ve gone on to do some incredible work! You have made all of us so proud and I know you will continue to do so.
“To uBab’Dlamini and your beautiful mom, thank you for the hospitality and for welcoming my family to your beautiful home,” she wrote.

Hope was quick to share her appreciation for Minnie’s sweet message to her, writing, “Sthandwa senhliziyo. Thank you. Appreciate you always, sis.”
Lets also inform you that the event was attended by celebrities like Sphe and Naves, Brenda Mhlongo, Nelisiwe Sibiya, Kwenzo Ngcobo, and more.
Nelisiwe who dressed Hope for the traditional event wrote on her social media account, “You looked gorgeous my baby, thank you for trusting me,” to which Hope replied with thanks to Nelisiwe for dressing her.
Hope is obviously going to places. Recall that she recently launched a juice-producing company which she announced on her official page, writing, “My heart is full. So honoured to announce my new venture alongside my partner Noluthando, our freshly squeezed juice, Juice Bros.
“Juice Bros is a 100% raw blend proudly produced in Durban. It has no added sugars and preservatives.
“The juices are cold pressed, which means all-natural vitamins, enzymes, minerals and antioxidants are preserved. The Durban franchise is now open and available for ordering and deliveries.”
