Jub Jub took to Instagram on Monday, 26 June, to share his heartfelt gratitude for the positive aspects of his life.
Opening up about his journey, the musician-turned-TV presenter, expressed immense appreciation for his accomplishments thus far, emphasizing that the greatest blessing for him was being able to uplift and support those around him.

In his own words, he stated, “I’m so grateful for the achievements I have accomplished thus far. The greatest blessing was to be able to bless and uplift others in my circle.
As black people, we say izandla ziya gezana [one hand washes another]. Umuntu [ng]umuntu nga bantu [I am because you are].”

Encouraging others, he urged them to strive each day to make a positive impact in someone’s life, reminding them that even if no one is watching, God is taking notice.
“Wake up every morning and try to make a difference in someone’s life they may not be watching, but God is counting. I am proud of you zinja zam [my people].
Now please remain humble and never think for a day you have made it and are above anyone else respect the industry.
Shine your light to others who want to be like you and start by passing on the baton,” he added.
He also emphasized the importance of staying humble and grounded.
Jub Jub – real name – Molemo Maarohanye had been arrested and found guilty of culpable homicide for a tragic drag racing accident that claimed the lives of four school children and left two others with permanent brain damage.
After serving a four-year, one-month, and one-day sentence, he was released on parole.
Since then, he has managed to turn his life around, securing a presenting job on Moja Love’s Uyajola 9/9 and even returning to the studio to work on new music in 2021.
