Originally from Krugersdorp, in the west of Johannesburg, Dithebe attended Maragon Private School before pursuing his studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2019. It is clear that he is a man of many talents, excelling both in his academic pursuits and his acting career.
Dithebe’s journey into the world of entertainment began in 2016 when he landed a role as a presenter on SABC1’s YOTV. Since then, he has continued to make waves in the industry, hosting the Channel O lifestyle show GenZ as President Thato.
His acting debut came with a cameo appearance on the SABC2 sitcom Gauteng Maboneng in 2017, followed by guest-starring roles on the BET sitcom Black Tax and the 1Magic drama series Unmarried. However, it is his role as Neo in House of Zwide that has truly showcased his talent and charm.
