Emtee Sends Out An SOS For New Management – “I Need A Real One!”

South African hip hop heavyweight Emtee—best known for his smash hit Roll Up—has just dropped a bombshell on social media, and fans are scrambling for answers. The rapper posted a no-nonsense message that has tongues wagging: “I’m in need of a manager. A real one.”

Yes, that’s it. No extra fluff. But in true Emtee style, the simplicity was laced with volume. The cryptic cry for help has ignited speculation across Mzansi, leaving many asking: what’s really going on behind the scenes?

I’m in need of a manager. A real one

— Hustle (@emteerecords) August 6, 2025

Could this be another chapter in the rapper’s rollercoaster industry ride, or is it the beginning of something bigger?

Past Drama, Present Tension

This isn’t the first time the multi-award-winning rapper has made waves with bold statements. Emtee has never shied away from sharing his truth—whether it’s battling industry demons, surviving personal trials, or cutting ties with the now-notorious Ambitiouz Entertainment.

Since that dramatic fallout, Emtee has hustled to carve his own lane through Emtee Records, building his empire brick by brick. But even the strongest sometimes need a solid team. And if “a real one” is what he’s asking for, then it’s clear he’s been burned before.

Kodwa ke, we all know this game is not for the faint-hearted. Finding a manager who truly understands your vision and rides with you through the highs and hangovers? That’s rarer than a hit verse without a subliminal diss!

What’s Next for the Hustla?

While fans are holding their breath and the industry is whispering behind closed doors, one thing’s for sure: Emtee is plotting something.

The call-out feels less like a meltdown and more like a mission. This could be a strategic move to clean house, rebuild his brand, and level up his career with someone who genuinely has his back.

With the streets talking and timelines buzzing, all eyes are on Emtee. Will this bold step usher in a new era for the DIY king? Or is this the calm before the next storm?

As he’d probably say, “Sizobona ke manje!”
