Emtee Out On Bail, Slapped With Social Media Ban After Allegedly Terrorising Nicole At Her Own Home

Emtee’s dramatic week just got a whole lot messier, and Mzansi cannot look away. The Roll Up rapper, born Mthombeni Ndevu, walked out of the Midrand Magistrate’s Court clutching a R1,000 bail after a night locked up at Midrand police station — and trust us, the details are wild.

He handed himself over to authorities on Wednesday morning after allegedly breaching a protection order that Nicole Chinsamy took out against him back in 2023.

The protection order strictly prohibited Emtee from verbally abusing Nicole or going at her on social media — but apparently, things escalated far beyond a few spicy tweets.

Sources allege that on 4 June, the rapper rocked up uninvited at Nicole’s Midrand home while she was bathing their daughter, grabbed a kitchen knife, and allegedly told her he wanted to “beat up her brother and f*ck up her family tree.”

Their two other children were at school at the time. Hayibo — that is not the behaviour of someone trying to “move forward with purpose,” babes.

Emtee’s Bail Conditions Are Stricter Than A Schoolteacher’s Rules

The court was not playing around when it came to conditions for Emtee’s release. His bail requires him to go completely silent on all social media platforms — not a word about Nicole, whether it’s praise or shade.

He must also scrub any content about her from his pages with immediate effect. One wrong post and it’s back behind bars, no questions asked.
