DJ Warras Spoke Too Loud? Two Suspects Arrested For His Murder In Hostel Raid

Two people of interest have been picked up in connection with the shocking murder of DJ Warras.

Warrick Stock, the outspoken media personality and security boss better known as DJ Warras, was gunned down last Tuesday outside Zambezi House in the Johannesburg CBD — a location he repeatedly warned the public about for criminal activity.

Now, days later, SAPS says the net is finally tightening.

2AM HOSTEL RAID: Police Close In on DJ Warras Murder Suspects

According to Gauteng provincial police spokesperson Brigadier Brenda Muridili, a specialised task team led by the Gauteng Serious and Violent Crime Investigations Unit picked up two people of interest in the early hours of Monday morning.

“The duo was picked up at around 2am from a hostel in Soweto. Investigations are continuing, and the team is following all possible leads in a quest to crack this case,” Muridili confirmed.

This development comes right on cue after National Police Commissioner General Fannie Masemola publicly stated last week that a known suspect had already been identified, promising a major breakthrough before the weekend wrapped.
