Chief Zuma To Hear Bail Ruling On 30 Sept. In Nhlalayenza Ndlovu Murder Case

The leader of the Nxamalala Tribal Authority, Chief Simphiwe Zuma, will find out on 30 September whether he will be granted bail in the murder case of Democratic Alliance (DA) Chief Whip Nhlalayenza Ndlovu.
The ruling comes after Zuma’s bail application was argued in the Howick Magistrate’s Court, with both the state and defence presenting their closing arguments before Magistrate Sandy Sindane.
Separate Murder Case and Abandoned Bail Bid
Earlier this year, the chief and his co-accused abandoned their bail application in a separate case. That matter relates to the killing of a man from the Mpophomeni area at the end of 2022.
