Cassper’s Baby Mama Thobeka Majozi Cries Out In Church, Mzansi Comforts Her: “Her Son Beat Cancer”

South African influencer Thobeka Majozi, who shares a son with rapper Cassper Nyovest, had social media in tears after posting an emotional photo of herself crying in church.
On Sunday, 1 November, Thobeka took to Instagram to share a raw moment of worship — on her knees, tears streaming down her face, with the caption: “Bind me to your feet, Jesus.”
The post quickly found its way to X (formerly Twitter), where users flooded the timeline with compassion, speculation, and a few shady remarks.
Mzansi Comforts Thobeka Majozi
Mzansi poured out their hearts for Thobeka, who previously revealed her son Khotso’s brave two-year battle with cancer. Many praised her faith and strength:
@ThaaBlaa wrote: “Her son beat cancer… she saw God in flesh… no turning back love that for her. 🙏🏾❤️”

@WaylonJunior added: “In a world where cancer steals lives, the Lord’s love proved stronger. The angel of death was turned back, and her son was healed.”
@ThabiJoy4 said: “As she should chomam, He is indeed a merciful wonderful God 💯🙏”
@iMama_Le_1111: “I know breakups aren’t easy. I even enrolled for theology when I separated from my partner of 11 years 😫. Never attended one class!”
@SlindileNgubo2: “I’d be exactly like her if God healed my child. She deserves this peace 🙌❤️.”
Others, however, weren’t convinced the emotional moment was entirely pure.
@a_jei20 commented: “Idk man, this looks performative. Is it hard to praise and worship without capturing the moment?”
@Facts_Only_SA joked: “Hold my camera… I will pray over there… take nice photos.”
But many reminded critics that Thobeka’s story runs deep.
@MaphefoMGD shared: “Chemo is horrible, now imagine watching your child go through it not knowing if he’ll survive. You bargain with God. This woman has seen Him come through.”
@Linda_roto: “I never understand why people cry in church, isn’t that supposed to be a happy place? 🤔”
Heartbreak, Faith, and Cassper’s Confession
Last year, Thobeka Majozi bravely revealed that during her son’s cancer battle, Cassper Nyovest allegedly cheated on her with his now-wife.
Despite the betrayal, Thobeka chose healing and faith — a decision that’s clearly visible in her spiritual journey today.
Cassper has since acknowledged the hurt he caused and apologized publicly, saying he regrets the pain he brought into her life.
Thobeka’s emotional church moment has now become a symbol of resilience, faith, and grace — proof that even through heartbreak and betrayal, some women rise stronger.
