Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis is expected to appear at the Bishop Lavis Magistrate’s Court today following an application for a harassment order lodged against him.
Bothasig Resident Claims Unjust Law Enforcement Visits
The complaint was filed by a Bothasig resident who claims law enforcement officers repeatedly visited their home without valid reason.
The resident further alleges the incidents may be connected to the fact that a relative of Hill-Lewis lives nearby.

In response, Hill-Lewis’s office has firmly denied the accusations, dismissing them as baseless and “a waste of the court’s time.”
