Brothers Accused In AKA And Tibz Murder To Be Extradited From Eswatini To South Africa

Two brothers accused of involvement in the murders of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and celebrity chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane are finally being extradited to South Africa from Eswatini after months of legal delays.
Malusi and Siyanda Ndimande were arrested in Eswatini earlier this year in connection with the high-profile killings that shook the nation in February 2023.

Their return marks a major step forward in the ongoing investigation into the murder of the award-winning musician and his close friend.
The pair are expected to arrive in South Africa on Tuesday morning, where they will join five other co-accused already facing charges in connection with the murder case.
Brothers to Face Trial with Co-Accused
According to law enforcement authorities, a South African task team has been dispatched to Eswatini to escort the brothers back to the country. Upon arrival, they will be taken to Durban for court proceedings.

The Ndimande brothers reportedly fled South Africa shortly after the fatal shooting of AKA and Tibz outside a Durban restaurant in February 2023. Their extradition follows extensive coordination between the two countries’ law enforcement agencies.
Durban Braces for High-Profile Arrival
Authorities have confirmed that the brothers will land at King Shaka International Airport, where tight security measures will be in place.
The pair’s return is expected to bring renewed public attention to the high-profile case that has gripped the nation for nearly two years.
Their court appearance alongside the five co-accused is set to mark a pivotal moment in the pursuit of justice for the slain rapper and his friend.
