Mzansi’s very own Baby Cele is back in the wedding game, leaving tongues wagging and eyebrows raised! The veteran actress, who is no stranger to saying “I do,” reportedly tied the knot for the fourth time, and social media is having a field day.

A TikTok video shared by Kwanjomane shows Cele and her new bae walking into a marquee during what appeared to be an umembeso, a traditional Zulu gifting ceremony that forms part of the lobola process. The crowd ululated as the couple entered, clearly excited for the day’s festivities.

But Cele? She looked calm and collected, as if this is just another Tuesday. Maybe it is — when you’re on marriage number four!

Let’s be honest, mama’s marriage journey has been quite the rollercoaster. Cele’s first husband was abusive, and she didn’t mince her words when she called him a “monster.” Her second marriage in 2009 with Mandla Mabuza didn’t last, and her third attempt with businessman Thabo Maloka also ended in divorce.

In a 2023 podcast interview, she spilled all the tea, saying she had become a pro at moving on. “I have mastered divorce, honestly. It doesn’t hurt anymore. If a marriage no longer works, it must end,” she said.

Now that’s the energy! She even credited her ancestors for giving her loud-and-clear signs that her last marriage was doomed.
