Anele Mdoda's Sister Accuses Her Of Using 947 Radio Show To Air Family Dirty Laundry
A seemingly harmless discussion about firstborn siblings has turned personal after Anele Mdoda's sister, Zamalisa, publicly accused the radio personality of using her platform to take shots at their family.

Anele Mdoda family drama just spilled onto the timeline and it is not pretty! What started as a cheeky post to get her 947 listeners talking has turned into a very public clash with her own sister. Zamalisa, who posts as @Zamedyzamzam on X, came out swinging, and the replies have not stopped since.
On 5 November 2026, Anele posted on X: “Firstborns really think their problems trump anyone else’s. Fight me! Or in the words of @SizweDhlomo, prep your arguments. What is this uphill that you will forever hold over your siblings’ heads yhuuuuu. We are all in the dwang.” It was meant as audience bait for her radio show, but one person clearly took it personally.
Anele Mdoda Sister Drama: “Is This How Your Hosts Conduct Themselves?”
The next day, 6 November, Zamalisa hit back and tagged 947 directly. “This girl has used her platform to harass and lie about our family for YEARS! @947, is this how your hosts conduct themselves? Using personal vendettas as topics of discussion?” she wrote. Hayibo, calling out the radio station itself is a bold move!

She did not stop there. Zamalisa hinted that she has dirt on her sister going back to high school. “I just realised I know too much about @Anele to let her live in peace, subtweeting us when we’ve left her alone. Should I begin by telling the people about One? Start at high school and keep going? Let me know, lady,” she wrote. Ngeke, nobody posts that unless they are ready to spill.
Co-host Sizwe Dhlomo got dragged in too, because Zamalisa teased a cryptic story: “And while we’re here, does anyone want to know why I call @SizweDhlomo ‘Sizwe Jr.’? It’s a long story, but it’s full of suspense.”
Anele Mdoda Sister Feud Splits Mzansi Right Down The Middle
Social media is divided on who to believe, and some are not buying the whole thing. A few users pointed out that a reality show is coming, and they smell a promo. Others simply feel this family matter should have stayed in the DMs.
So is this real family pain, or the most dramatic marketing Mzansi has seen this year? Whose side are you on? Tell us in the comments!
Mzansi Reacts To The Anele Mdoda Sister Feud
@Phu2i: “If y’all share a mother? She’s turning in her grave for your behaviour towards each other, on social media, nogal it’s sad. Cause all we gonna do is read, laugh and judge, then we move on while loving and respecting our own siblings’ shame.”

@Miss_idcwyt: “Anele is the problem, I’m sure. Older siblings get villainised so much as if we asked to be born first. Younger siblings get away with a lot of shat!”
@BuhleTheFirst: “To be fair, many of us actually didn’t know you until... All this, that you’re doing. It was just a topic to most of us. We only know it’s about you because of you.”
@Sunshine_Zar: “Almost fell for it, then I remember there’s a reality show coming.”
@Cerseiii__: “Weird promo but continue we were gonna watch the show anyway.”
@_ootea: “DM her, and leave us alone!”
@reletileh: “Just tell us to watch her upcoming what what and stop creating fake beef. It screams desperation.”
