Arrests Follow Testimony At Madlanga Commission
During testimony before the Madlanga Commission, it emerged that Johnson and Khan shared a close personal relationship that extended beyond their professional interactions.
Their association attracted attention during the inquiry, which has been examining allegations of corruption, interference and misconduct within South Africa’s criminal justice system.
Johnson resigned as head of IDAC in July following damaging testimony at the commission.
Khan, meanwhile, was dismissed from the police service.
