Three Suspected Police Killers Arrested In Johannesburg Crackdown

Police have arrested three men, aged 30, 32, and 30, in connection with the fatal shooting of a police officer in Benrose on 8 September 2025.

The arrests took place on Monday night, 13 October, in Berea, Selby, and Eloff Extension.

According to authorities, the trio faces charges of murder, attempted murder, possession of unlicensed firearms, possession of ammunition, and possession of suspected stolen property.

Three Arrested for Police Murder Expected In Court

They are expected to appear before the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Officers confirmed that the suspects were also linked to an armed robbery that occurred on the same day as the fatal shooting.
