3 Shot Dead In Suspected Gang Attack At Western Cape Mall

Police in the Western Cape have launched an urgent manhunt after three men were shot dead at Gordon’s Bay Mall on Tuesday evening.

“Western Cape police have launched a manhunt for gunmen,” Potelwa said.

Shooting Details

According to police reports, the three men were in the mall’s parking lot when the attack occurred.

“At approximately 21:30, unknown gunmen travelling in a vehicle approached them, and shots were fired. Two victims died inside the vehicle, and another outside the car. The suspects later fled in their vehicle,” Potelwa explained.

Authorities have opened a triple murder docket as part of the investigation, with the shooting believed to be gang-related. No arrests have been made so far.
