Connie Ferguson Pours Her Heart Out As She Settles Into Life Without Shona

In the recent weeks, Connie took to Instagram live on what was the second Sunday since Shona died to talk about how she is coping with filling the Shona-sized gaps in her routines. The actress shared what they used to do with Shona on Sundays in a video session she titled “Carpet Sundays.”

Ever since then she has let many of her followers in and allowed them to go through the “Carpet Sundays” with her.’ This Sunday again Connie recorded a video of herself reading scriptures that spoke on grieve.

Narrating the scriptures she has been reading the actress said: “There are a lot of places in the Bible where it’s clear that grieve is normal. We’re allowed to grieve and we’re allowed to feel what we feel and cry when we need to cry.”

She also thanked her fans and friends for the support they’ve shown her through her healing journey.
