Oh, we’re sooo happy for Pearl Thusi and we hope it won’t be a Robert Marawa case again! The actress has been struggling when it comes to love affairs and keeping a man for long. But now she is definitely in a happy place, the star recently revealed that she’s ready to have a third child. Little did we know that she’s actually having the child with her wealthy businessman Shaun Keith Alfred Bonett.
According to a Sunday World (page three) article dated today (8 August), the Queen Sono actress revealed she is dating the businessman in court papers she filed in July when she was applying for a court order to adopt her relative’s daughter.
The actress revealed Bonétt’s identity, and status of their relationship to motivate the court to give her permission to legally adopt the little girl. Not only did she stop there she went to share that they’re planning on getting married.
“I have been resident at my … since December 2014. I reside with my 13-year-old daughter who has happily welcomed … and sees her as her younger sister. I am in a stable relationship with a loving, caring and honest man, Shaun Keith Alfred Bonett, who owns a global conglomerate of business and philanthropic foundations, and whom I am planning to marry. He too has happily accepted … as his own.”
Rumours of Thusi getting married began in April 2021 when she shared a video of herself listening to Lucky Dube’s second-half song and revealed to her followers that Lucky Dube must be played on her wedding day.
Now, who is this Bonnet gent? Well according to the little research that was carried out Bonett is the founder and CEO of Precision Group. South Africa is one of the company’s business interests.
The chairman of Litigation Lending Services, Skyfii and Lenders Direct is also a director and strategic adviser for various entities in which Precision has interests. It’s also important to him to be involved in philanthropy, and he serves as vice-chairperson of Life Education Australia, as a director of the Princes Trust, and as a founder of his own charity.
