It looks like not all is lost for the former minister of home affairs Malusi Gigaba who recently dumped his wife, Nomachule Mngoma, after failing to resolve their home affairs.
Last year July will all watched curiously on where the couple’s story was heading. Mngoma was arrested by the Hawks and charged with malicious damage to property and assault. She had allegedly damaged a multimillion-rand Mercedes-Benz G-wagon, which was understood to have been used by her husband.

Mngoma’s arrest is believed to have caused a rift between the woman who has become fondly known as “Mrs Gigabyte”, and reports said Gigaba had filed divorce papers. Well as they were still at it Malusi’s first wife, Thabong Nxumalo, weighed in the matter while rejoicing. “Karma has no menu. You get served what you deserve,” she wrote obviously addressing the message to Norma.
You’d recall that Gigaba left Thabong shuttered after he decided to flee away with Noma. Since that faithful day, it has been a series of dramatic events in Malusi and Norma’s life. With Mngoma exposing her ex’s dealings with the Gupta as she waits to testify against him on Zondo Commission.
This year the courts made a ruling that Gigaba, who’s no longer in government, abused his power by influencing the arrest of Norma.
However, it seems the politician has decided to mend his relationship with his first family as he was seen flaunting them on social media. This comes after he spent his day with his first daughter who just turned 21 and his ex-wife Thabong Nxumalo.
