
Phew, what a relief!!! When Ami Faku said Lala Ngoxolo she wasn’t writing a suicide note y’all, she was actually remembering those we’ve lost during the COVID-19 era.
The star recently dropped a track where she featured Emtee. Her lyrics include words as “Sobonana kweli linye ilizwe (we’ll see each other another world)” and “Akusafani la ma ungekho (it’s not the same without you) – “Lala Ngoxolo” (rest in peace) is a poignant track.

After yet another excruciating month of loss in a painful year of celebrity deaths, many fear that 2021 still hasn’t finished taking icons away from us. That familiar panic flooded on Tuesday when one of Ami Faku’s fans sent out a message on Facebook which suggested that the star died in a car accident after he saw her Instagram page with the words “Lala Ngoxolo.
“RIP Ami Faku” the post read with one comment suggesting that she died in an accident. Before you knew it the songstress was trending. Sheesh, what a terrible mishap!! We can’t even begin to imagine what her family’s initial reaction was!
