Zinhle Ngwenya who was involved in a deadly accident thought she had gotten away with murder… To her surprise, witnesses and family members have come forward to cry for justice.

So this is what happened back in 2017, the Isibaya actress attended a get-together in Vosloorus, East of Joburg where she was allegedly seen getting drunk before trying to drive herself off to her house in Centurion.

On her way home, Zinhle who was driving a white Porsche successfully overtook five cars but unfortunately, she didn’t notice that she was already at an intercession which resulted in a head-on collision with a red corolla which had three occupants.

According to first witnesses on the scene, the actress was found unconscious and the witness quickly noticed her and alerted her mother who was one of the first close people to arrive on the scene.

Her husband rushed her to the hospital. As for the poor victims in the Corolla, it’s resulted in death and one person was left crippled. The driver of the car is said to have spent a day in hospital before he was declared dead and the passenger spent five days before he passed away.

Sunday World is said to be in possession of the accident report that shows that the accident happened at around 20:06 and that she was admitted at Union Private Hospital where blood samples were taken and showed that she was driving under the influence of alcohol.

The insurance company has since refused to pay for the car damage due to the fact that Zinhle was driving under the influence of alcohol at the speed of 180 KM in a 80 KM zone.

The family of the deceased is now seeking legal justice for the death of their son. It has approached several organisations for help.“The family believes that Afriforum will help them get justice just like how they managed to get Duduzane to face justice on a similar case.”

In a strange twist of events, police spokesperson Kay Makhubela says there is no record of her case lodged with the police. Meaning that she was never charged as the file has gone missing. We thought we should show the car she had an accident in, check it out below:
