Former minister Malusi Gigaba found himself in the spotlight again but this time it had nothing to with a leaked sex tape though it still involved a woman, a woman whom he had been sharing his home with for six years.
Norma Mngoma has decided to sing like parrot and spill all the tea on her ex-husband dealings and Mzansi is so ready for it. The ex-wife of the former minister has decided that she is going to bare it all in an interview with eNCA.
In the interview, amongst other things Norma revealed that Gigaba received bags of money from the Guptas in return for favours and to maintain his lavish lifestyle. “They used to give him a lot of money but I don’t know what they were giving him money for but sometimes he used to say, ‘I do favours for them’, the Guptas so then they would give him money,”
“It was a lot of cash all the time but I don’t know what it was for but he would use that money for different things, maybe it’s either for his lifestyle, to build his home or to give it to his sisters because at that time his sister was at the credit bureau and she owed R850,000 and they just paid it like that.”
These shocking revelations come months Norma was arrested by the Hawks after damaging a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, which Gigaba was using at the time and was not the owner of.
She was charged with alleged domestic violence, assault, malicious damage to property, and crime injuria, and her arrest was highly controversial. Seeing himself trending in Twitter the former minister took to his Twitter account which he had abandoned for over two years to comment on the eNCA interview.
The former minister emphasised that he was not going to entertain his soon to be ex-wife. ” To Whom It May Concern Please note that I shall not be commenting on any aspect of the Moja Love TV audition which will be airing on eNCA at 18h00, tonight. My energy is exclusively reserved for my fight with the askaris who are the de facto puppet masters. #LongLiveTheAnc” Gigaba wrote.
