Criselda Kananda has recently shared that she has lost her father. The radio personality took to social media to share the sad news of her father passing on, condolences have been pouring in for Criselda.
Kananda took to social media to write a goodbye message for her dad in Isixhosa where she thanked her father for life and wished he would rest in perfect peace.
“Good night Tata! Enkosi ngobomi. Till we meet again. Yanga umpefumlo wakho ungafumana uxolelo nomoya wakho ufumane ukuphumla okungunaphakade. Death be not proud. Rest in perfect peace Tata,” she wrote.
Criselda has always opened up about her daily struggles, with the hope that her journey and experiences can help and motivate others.
She recently opened up about living with HIV and shared that after 22 years of living a healthy life with the virus, she had to start taking ARV’s.
Even though she announced that she had tested negative for Covid-19, she shared that there were health measures put in place, but the coronavirus had weakened her immune system.
After opening up to her followers about not feeling okay, she shared that she needed to take certain measures to help her immune system.
“I’m out of danger. SARS-Covid-free (negative) but the HIV in my body is having a live concert. This means I have to start ARVs after 22 years of living healthy with HIV. My immune system now needs help.”
